At Dassault Systèmes, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Solution Architect to join our strategic consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing strategic roadmaps for our customers, enabling them to achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Define integrated global solutions that enable customers to execute their business strategies, covering their entire business processes and delivering expected business value.
- Contribute to the achievement of customer business objectives by leveraging the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, aligned with industry business challenges.
- Develop solution engineering expertise, promoting SaaS Cloud solutions from Dassault Systèmes, considering market trends.
- Operate and orchestrate solution engineering from solution vision to delivery, utilizing the VE process.
- Build bridges between customer business processes and Dassault Systèmes' solutions/technologies using the VE process.
- Directly involve with customers to develop TO-BE architectural visions, including business capabilities, processes, use cases, storyboards, enterprise application landscapes, and roadmaps.
- Define, collaborate, and manage architectural models and data models for enterprise solutions.
- Assess customer opportunities regarding feasibility, value, and risks.
- Assist business consultants in identifying and capturing customer business values.
- Challenge customer business processes regarding value creation and business transformation.
- Manage relationships with extended DS organizations (R&D, Services, etc.) in the context of strategic customer relationships.
- Define or review global solution architectures, leveraging 3DS know-how to support customer business objectives, highlighting committed value, and ensuring feasibility and delivery effort.
- Define best practices in the context of solution architecture for re-use across multiple customer engagements.
- Engineering degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years' experience in global solution architecture for PLM or similar enterprise solutions, emphasizing system architecture and system design.
- Enterprise solution deployment, services, and consulting experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform or any large enterprise PLM software.
- Experience in popular Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (like TOGAF) and architecture capture tools like CAMEO, Rhapsody.
- Business transformation engagement experience with customers.
- Business process knowledge in multiple domains, such as system engineering, design/engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, program management, after-market, etc.
- Deep knowledge of industry standards and business processes across multiple industry sectors (automotive, high-tech, life sciences, aerospace, etc.).
- Experience working within a software project delivery lifecycle, including both on-premise and SaaS Cloud solutions.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with high consultative and problem-solving skills.
- Rapid adoption of new knowledge, practices, tools, and processes.
- Able and available to travel up to 50%.
