Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partner Development Manager to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our partner development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success with our ISV partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Performance and Impact
    • Develop and execute strategic partner business plans to drive growth and consumption of Microsoft cloud solutions.
    • Lead the creation of a long-range strategic vision for our ISV partners, aligned with Microsoft's overall business goals.
    • Collaborate with partner leadership to identify and prioritize market opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Microsoft Business Leader
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with complex partners to drive Microsoft and partner sales goals.
    • Lead the integration of skills, capability, and capacity plans for partner businesses.
    • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite leaders of complex partners.
  • Partner Sales and Consumption
    • Develop and execute co-selling strategies with complex partners to drive Microsoft and partner sales goals.
    • Lead the development of partnerships with Global Partner Solutions (GPS) to gain support for strategic transformational initiatives.
    • Collaborate with partner sales teams to manage pipeline and drive large opportunities/deals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT-related industry sales, partner channel sales, and professional coaching/mentoring.
  • Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational English.
