We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Manager to play a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our organization. This position is designed to assist the Director with various administrative and organizational responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the Director's travel logistics and arrangements.
  • Aid in the planning and execution of departmental events.
  • Provide support to team members in procuring necessary supplies and services.
  • Assist in tracking and managing the departmental budget.
  • Help in the creation and upkeep of both internal and external communication platforms.

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience or familiarity with administrative support or event coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized and self-driven.
  • Discreet and inquisitive in nature.
