Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is a leading financial institution that provides a wide range of services to businesses, financial institutions, and governments. We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Relationship Manager to join our team and work with Fintechs.

About the Role

As a Cash Management Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Fintech clients, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening existing relationships. You will work closely with our teams to structure products and services that meet the needs of our Fintech clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Fintech clients, including generating new business opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.
  • Participate in the structuring of products and services tailored to the needs of Fintech clients, in collaboration with our teams.
  • Assist in the collection of documents and KYC process during the onboarding process, and implement dedicated diligence if necessary.
  • Evaluate the robustness of client compliance for cross-border payments according to the risk models defined by Natixis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a commercial banking environment, with a focus on international clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of the fintech market, including clients, ecosystem, and local regulations.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, particularly cash, foreign exchange, treasury, and cross-border payment methods.
  • Ability to build relationships and negotiate with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) and another language is a plus.
