About the Treasury Solutions Team

You will join the Treasury Solutions team, responsible for managing the network of correspondent banks of Natixis & BPCE group entities (RMA management + choice of clearing providers), the sale of cash clearing services associated with financial institutions, as well as the sale of cash management products to Fintechs and payment service providers (PSPs).

As a Fintech Cash Management Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing of payment solutions for Fintech. You will contribute to the development of new customers and promote the development of existing customers in the Fintech segment.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of Fintech customers: strengthening knowledge and trust with existing customers and generating new contracts;
  • Participating in the structuring of products adapted to Fintech customers according to the business environment, strategy, and customer needs. The work involves close collaboration with the correspondent bank, financial security, payment processing, customer service, operations, and legal;
  • Supporting the teams dedicated to document collection and KYC during the integration process and, if necessary, implementing dedicated due diligence;
  • Assessing the robustness of the implementation of customer compliance for cross-border payments according to the risk models defined by Natixis.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You have a higher education and at least 5 years of experience in a commercial bank and in contact with international clients.

You are familiar with:

  • FinTech market: customers, their ecosystem, and local regulations;
  • Banking products, including cash, foreign exchange, cash, and cross-border payment methods and concepts;
  • FinTech business models and regulatory frameworks.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, and are:

  • Recognized for your business approach and origination skills;
  • Open-minded and interested in new technologies;
  • Able to build relationships and negotiate.

You are fluent in English with a C1 level. Another language would also be appreciated.
