Establish a Strong Sales Culture

As Sales Director - EU, you will be responsible for leading the sales and account management team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will negotiate and manage B2B customer contracts, leveraging brand power, commercial acumen, and sophisticated trading principles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establish a strong focus on leadership within the sales and account management team
* Negotiate and manage B2B customer contracts
* Experience leading a sales function managing experience account managers
* Proven track record of exceptional sales and contract negotiation skills
* Experience in P&L management and global sales and export operations
* Strong understanding of strategic business direction and priorities
* Experience leading and coaching high-performing sales teams
* Ability to leverage category insights from multiple data sources to inform strategic decision-making
