Regional Sales Manager

Staleks is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure tools. Founded 27 years ago, it is currently the market leader in Ukraine and successfully exports its products to countries in Europe and around the world. As the company continues to grow actively, we have an open position for a Regional Manager in France.
We are looking for a candidate who resides in the western or central part of France, is fluent in French, and has at least 1 year of experience in active sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy and sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Achieve planned sales targets.
- Search for and connect with new clients.
- Ensure timely payments and compliance with contractual obligations from clients.
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with clients, as well as participate in industry exhibitions.
- Monitor the "Beauty" market and visit product sales points in the assigned territory.

- Competitive compensation (base salary + commission on sales).
- Remote work with a schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
