Key Responsibilities- Support various activities to achieve the goals and objectives of Capital Management as part of HBCE's Treasury/ALCM.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of ECB capital regulatory requirements and HBCE's businesses.
- Provide key capital information to Executive Committees, such as HBCE EXCO, TALCO, and ALCO.
- Collaborate with the broader HBCE Capital team on other Capital-related processes, such as ICAAP.
- Build a network and develop strong working relationships with HBCE's businesses across regions.
By joining ALCM, you will develop your skills and career in a highly motivating environment, gain a good insight into how the bank functions, and generate returns. You will also gain exposure to key strategic initiatives in this European cross-road.
RequirementsThis position requires strong knowledge of ECB capital regulatory requirements, HBCE's businesses, and Capital Management processes. You will also need to be able to build strong working relationships with HBCE's businesses across regions.
