The Capital Account Management team at Lightspeed is currently experiencing rapid growth. Our processes have been fine-tuned and optimized on a smaller scale; now is the moment to broaden our team and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Manager in guiding and inspiring the team
  • Offering training, mentorship, and support to team members
  • Aiding in the analysis, reporting, and action on pipeline metrics
  • Contributing to the development of outbound strategies to enhance team performance
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to create innovative strategies for expanding our sales pipeline based on market insights
  • Supporting the Manager in driving performance to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with the following experience:

  • Over 1 year of experience in coaching or leading a team
  • Sales experience in a B2B context, ideally within a fintech or technology-related sector
  • Strong grasp of sales best practices
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and a passion for analytics
  • A commitment to coaching and fostering the growth of team members in their sales careers
  • Ability to excel in a competitive, dynamic, and target-driven environment
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach and adaptability to meet business needs
  • Proficiency in English and French

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the retail or hospitality sectors
  • Familiarity with POS systems
