Client Relationship Manager for Regulated Real Estate H/F

Job Overview:

Are you ready to embark on a new journey with a vibrant and dedicated banking institution?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ongoing and direct communication with clients
  • Conduct KYC processes: ensuring customer knowledge and legal as well as financial updates
  • Manage daily operations: opening client accounts and facilitating payment solutions
  • Assist in prospecting efforts, addressing LAB alerts, and managing rejected items in collaboration with Commercial Managers
  • Meet clients in person at least once a year, either at their residences or at our offices
  • Support in structuring funding, primarily for external growth initiatives
  • Prepare funding documentation, oversee funding management, and ensure implementation alongside various banking departments, including legal and administrative follow-up of funding (including annual reviews and renewals)
  • Analyze the summary of clients' total banking commitments
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Managers to keep them updated on:
  • Progress of both pending and executed funding operations and all matters related to client or prospect inquiries
  • Any identified or suspected discrepancies in daily banking interactions
  • Activities related to Regulated Real Estate Professions
  • Management of flows and accounts for principals
  • Serve as a liaison with various BPRI support services
Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and a passion for teamwork
  • Embrace challenges and seek to take charge of your career path
  • Hold a degree of at least Bac+3 with relevant prior professional experience required
  • Familiarity with the corporate sector and regulated real estate entities
  • Proactive in anticipating needs and making recommendations
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques
  • Understanding of banking and financial regulations
