Description du poste :

Nous recherchons un(e) Marketing Specialist dynamique et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe Carrier Residential. Ce rôle se concentrera sur les activités marketing à travers l'Europe. Le candidat idéal sera passionné(e) par le marketing, très organisé(e) et désireux(se) d'apprendre et de progresser au sein d'un leader mondial des produits de sécurité incendie.

Responsabilités clés :

  • Stratégie marketing : Aider au développement et à l'exécution de stratégies marketing pour accroître la notoriété de la marque et stimuler les ventes sur les marchés européens.
  • Gestion des campagnes marketing : Coordonner et mettre en œuvre des campagnes marketing, y compris les promotions en magasin, les lancements de produits et les événements/expositions.
  • Support Commercial : Collaborer avec nos clients pour développer et exécuter des programmes marketing efficaces. Fournir des supports marketing, des formations et un soutien pour maximiser la visibilité et les ventes des produits.
  • Création de contenu : Créer et gérer le contenu marketing, y compris les supports de point de vente, les brochures produits et les actifs numériques, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient conformes aux directives de marque.
  • Suivi des performances : Analyser les performances des activités marketing, en utilisant des indicateurs clés pour évaluer l'efficacité et identifier les domaines à améliorer.
  • Collaboration transversale : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente, de gestion de produit et d'autres équipes internes pour aligner les efforts de marketing commercial avec les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise.

Votre profil :

  • Formation : BAC+5 en Marketing et Communications.
  • Expérience : 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en marketing et communications, de préférence dans le secteur des biens de consommation ou des produits de sécurité.
  • Compétences :
    • Excellentes compétences analytiques avec la capacité d'interpréter les données et de tirer des insights actionnables.
    • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
    • Pensée créative et capacités de résolution de problèmes.
    • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Connaissance des outils et plateformes de marketing numérique est un plus.
  • Langues : Maîtrise de l'anglais requise ; les langues européennes supplémentaires sont un plus.
  • Hautement organisé(e) avec une grande attention aux détails.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Esprit d'équipe avec une attitude proactive et positive.
  • Disposé(e) à voyager au Royaume-Uni et en Europe selon les besoins.
