As a Customer Service Officer at PVH, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing customer relationships. You will be the interface between customers, sales, and Amsterdam support services, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain customer relations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions.
- Follow up on deliveries, resolving any issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Provision and restock inventory during peak seasons, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Manage disputes and complaints, resolving issues through effective communication and negotiation.
- Process proforma requests and payment reminders, ensuring timely payment and minimizing debt.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a strong understanding of the fashion industry and be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Key qualifications include:
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of office software, including Excel, and experience with SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
