Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at Westwing Group AG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our customer service operations. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining effective communication with suppliers, shipping service providers, and manufacturers. You will also serve as the main point of contact for complaints processing, providing support to our agents and ensuring cooperation with the accounting department to streamline order management.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the back-office area.
  • Fluency in French and German, along with proficient English skills.
  • Independent, responsible, and customer-oriented work approach with strong analytical skills.
  • Friendly, communicative, and motivated personality.
