Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Agap2, you will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to identify and recruit top talent. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Needs Identification: Work with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract top candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Selection: Identify and select the best candidates for each role, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Candidate Management: Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to recruitment, you will also be responsible for leading HR projects that drive business growth and development. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • HR Project Management: Lead and manage HR projects that align with business objectives, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and clients, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Talent Development and Attraction: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
