Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Music Rights Acquisition Specialist to join our Music Rights team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing music rights from independent labels and other rights holders. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with these partners, ensuring that we have the necessary rights to offer our users a diverse and high-quality music experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Acquire and manage music rights from independent labels and other rights holders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with these partners
- Ensure that we have the necessary rights to offer our users a diverse and high-quality music experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new music content
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adapt our strategies accordingly
- 2+ years of experience in music rights acquisition or a related field
- Strong relationships with independent labels and other rights holders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
