As an inside sales specialist, your primary objective will be to boost sales, manage quote inquiries, and maintain client relationships. You will serve as the principal contact for your clients.

In the role of a client solutions expert, you will gain in-depth knowledge of your clients, thoroughly analyzing their needs to deliver technical solutions that align with their project specifications while proposing more energy-efficient options.

You will act as the central liaison among your team, various departments, clients, and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include managing customer and supplier data while executing back-office tasks such as establishing customer accounts, preparing quotes, and processing orders.
