As a pivotal member of the SUEZ Group Talent Direction, renowned for its leadership in water treatment and waste management, the Talent+ team is dedicated to executive recruitment across France.

Our Objective: To identify and engage prospective talents who will play a vital role in the Group's growth and innovation.

In your role within Talent+, reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, you will spearhead executive recruitment efforts, leveraging your expertise and strategic insight for each assignment:

  • Collaborate with managers and HR to define recruitment needs and present suitable candidates. This includes crafting and disseminating job advertisements, selecting and engaging candidates, conducting interviews, and delivering shortlists.
  • Formulate a comprehensive search strategy: Utilize and enhance sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases like HelloWork, CVAden, etc.) to attract elite talents. This also entails staying updated on emerging tools and market trends.
  • Establish robust and enduring relationships with managers and HR to comprehend their requirements and challenges, providing tailored support.

As a senior professional, you will:

  • Offer your expertise in recruitment, labor market dynamics, and candidate pools to advise and guide managers and HR in their decision-making processes.
  • Assume responsibility for high-impact managerial and/or technical recruitment.
  • Mentor junior and experienced consultants by sharing your industry insights.
  • Engage in projects alongside the Recruitment Manager of the Talent+ team and within the broader Group.

Moreover, you will:

  • Maintain meticulous recruitment tracking through dashboards and reliable reporting for ongoing activity analysis and enhancement.
  • Contribute to cross-departmental initiatives aimed at refining recruitment processes. This may involve optimizing tools, assisting managers and HR with recruitment challenges, and participating in job fairs.

Your Profile

What qualifications are we seeking?

  • You possess substantial experience in recruitment management, whether in an agency or corporate setting. This experience has equipped you with a profound understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from needs assessment to candidate onboarding.
  • You are acknowledged for your specialized expertise in one or more sectors, including environment, industry, transport, construction, or digital.
