About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at SUEZ. As a key member of our Talent+ department, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment strategy and identifying top talent to contribute to the growth and innovation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and engage top candidates
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to final selection and onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with the Talent+ team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry or sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment tools and software
