Finance Manager, Amazon Logistics

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Amazon Logistics Operations team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial related activities, implementing standardized controllership, reporting and planning processes for the fixed cost of Delivery Stations in all EU countries.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver weekly/monthly financial close using financial systems and advanced MSExcel functions to work with large data sets.
- Work with a variety of data sources, identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying root causes of data issues, escalating discrepancies, fixing data where possible or partnering to deliver a solution.
- Use active listening skills intuitively to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner, adjusting style for various audiences to articulate complex finance issues clearly.
- Identify and implement solutions to resolve, improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance processes.
- Make thoughtful time management decisions independently, prioritizing work, resolving issues, meeting deadlines, and seeking feedback from your manager.
- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science)
- 5+ years of finance experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of finance experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced use of SQL (data mining and business intelligence)
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing, and often ambiguous environment
