Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Cegelec Tertiaire IDF Grands Projets. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Consolidate and challenge budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Contractual and Legal Management: Ensure contract compliance and coordinate with the legal department to ensure smooth project execution.
- Technical Competence: Understand technical complexities and ensure project technical success, coordinating with the CVC team and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Project Management Methodology: Utilize and leverage company processes and project management tools to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, as well as capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
