About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Uncover new sales opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers
- Configure, price, and negotiate sales solutions to meet customer needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and email
- Work closely with the Global Account Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or similar
- Technical knowledge of PC, Notebook, Tablet, and Intel-based Server
- Advanced skills in MS-Office, Outlook, and Customer Relationship Software
- Strong understanding of sales processes and sales management techniques
