About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across multiple verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uncover new sales opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers
  • Configure, price, and negotiate sales solutions to meet customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and email
  • Work closely with Global Account Managers to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or similar
  • Technical knowledge of PC, Notebook, Tablet, and Intel-based Server
  • Advanced skills in MS-Office, Outlook, and Customer Relationship Software
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and sales management techniques
