- Perform nursing procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Oversee the administration of medications
- Deliver nursing care and therapeutic interventions while adhering to hygiene standards
- Collaborate on the development and revision of care protocols
- Maintain and update care documentation with the team
- Engage in regular communication with team members
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care
- Manage nursing equipment effectively
- Participate in reporting and addressing incidents
Resident Engagement:
- Assist residents in their adaptation and welcome process
- Offer relational support and information to residents and their families

Candidate Profile:
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Experience in geriatric care
