Position: Project Management Intern

Marks, a prominent brand and design agency under the SGS & Co umbrella, is a leading global advertising creation and production firm with a workforce exceeding 4,000 professionals worldwide. Our expertise lies in assisting advertisers in cultivating their brands, encompassing everything from strategic identity development to the efficient execution of packaging and operational marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting client briefings
  • Entering new projects into our internal management platform
  • Transcribing briefs for design teams
  • Overseeing project progress and coordination through various phases of the graphic production process
  • Ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project timelines
  • Facilitating communication with collaborators at client locations or internationally
  • Preparing cost estimates

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing studies in business, marketing, or communications with a focus on project management internships
  • Previous experience in marketing or communications is advantageous
  • Strong enthusiasm for marketing and design
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Fluent in English

Work Location and Duration:

This internship is set to commence immediately and will last for a period of 6 months.
