We are seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to join our team at Dassault Systèmes, a leading provider of Industry Solutions for the Aerospace and Defense industry. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and executing account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to help them maximize the value of our Industry Solutions portfolio.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying new business opportunities and qualifying and driving new business opportunities for short-term and midterm perspectives.
  • Promote and apply the Value Engagement Framework for Transformation Program/project opportunities to sell our 3DEXPERIENCE platform through a value proposal and contribute to increasing deal size, accelerating deal signing, and securing successful go-live.
  • Be accountable for the proper execution of Value Engagement activities and deliverables, according to different pre-sales phases, with a specific focus on gate reviews.
  • Orchestrate and prioritize all technical activities in a coherent way to drive and ensure business objectives achievement and respect of customer commitment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Technical Account Executive in the Aerospace and Defense sector.
  • Multiple language skills proficiency, including Italian and English.
  • Strong experience in customer relationship management, pre-sales activities, and projects delivery.
  • Patient and understanding in all customer interactions, from key users to C-Level communication.
  • Relevant experience in one or more of our solution domains, such as PLM, CAD, 3D modeling, design, simulation.
  • Value selling experience, solving issues for customers with a consultative approach.
  • Organization skills to drive and coordinate groups of people and related projects and program activities.
  • Able to achieve sales targets and advise clients on technical possibilities.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Modelling.
  • Experience in implementing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
