Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Account Executive to join our team at Dassault Systèmes, specializing in the Aerospace and Defense industry based in Italy.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with Sales Experts to define and execute account strategies, driving technical execution from lead generation to successful implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, representing the interests of Dassault Systèmes
- Developing strong leadership to influence customer transformation strategies, leveraging industry solution knowledge and expertise
- Defining customer account strategies to develop revenues, qualifying and driving new business opportunities
- Promoting and applying the Value Engagement Framework for transformation programs and projects, contributing to increased deal size and accelerated deal signing
- Ensuring the proper execution of Value Engagement activities and deliverables, with a focus on gate reviews
- Orchestrating and prioritizing technical activities to drive business objectives and respect customer commitments
Requirements include:
- Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience as a Technical Account Executive in the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Fluency in Italian and English, with multiple language skills proficiency
- Strong experience in customer relationship management, pre-sales activities, and project delivery
- Patient and understanding in all customer interactions, from key users to C-Level communication
- Relevant experience in solution domains such as PLM, CAD, 3D modeling, design, simulation, and value selling
- Organization skills to drive and coordinate groups of people and projects
- Able to achieve sales targets and advise clients on technical possibilities
- Knowledge of business process modeling and experience in implementing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities
