Job Opportunity:

Ritchie Bros. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to strengthen our position within the market in Reims (51). As a Territory Sales Manager, you will offer solutions to prospects and customers for selling used equipment, trucks, and other assets. Trusted advisory is key in your sales methodology. You will use our data on demand, pricing, and various markets to have an edge in your sales process. Together with the client, you will determine the best strategy for the liquidation of their assets, which can be through an auction, Marketplace-E, or a listing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling multi-channel solutions within the assigned territory
  • Identify geographic areas and sectors that are areas of opportunity
  • Grow sales with new business
  • Develop a strategy and plan for securing potential customers
  • Building, maintaining, and updating Playbook on a frequent basis
  • Ensuring proper execution of sale through coordination with "Win Team" to fully service accounts including: sales support, operations, administrative, valuations, and field marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proactivity and autonomy are in the core of what drives you as a professional
  • Combined with your interpersonal skills and your ability to build professional relationships
  • Knowledge of or experience with various construction (related) equipment
  • Extensive experience in outside sales
  • Professional level English and French
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Proven consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
