We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team within a prestigious international legal organization. In this role, you will support the HR Director and contribute significantly to the management of a workforce comprising 250 employees. Your key tasks will involve overseeing personnel administration, facilitating payroll communications, managing sick leave processes, and assisting with the onboarding of new hires to foster their smooth integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative tasks related to personnel management
- Prepare employment contracts
- Coordinate employee schedules
- Manage payroll adjustments
- Address various employee inquiries
- Handle administrative correspondence
- Monitor leave and absence records

Candidate Profile:
