Job Description

As a Procurement Executive Director, you will play a key role in driving value and consistency across our Luxury & Lifestyle brands. You will be responsible for developing and deploying bespoke procurement solutions, managing customer care teams, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of brand DNA and translate it into Accor Procurement offers
  • Coordinate with Partnership & Solutions, Projects, and Customer Care teams to ensure high customer-centric performance
  • Develop and deploy globally bespoke brand solutions guidelines relevant for each market
  • Manage the Customer Care team and ensure feedback is shared with Brand teams and Procurement community
  • Position may require up to 30% travel
Main Complexity/Critical Issues
  • Establish procurement as a key brand value driver and gain a permanent seat at the decision-making table across all key brand disciplines
  • End-to-End Executive Program Management inclusive of dashboards, communications, and reporting to ensure alignment and high performance
Scope of Action
  • Directly accountable for 3-10 Luxury & Lifestyle brands
  • 100-150 properties to support globally
  • 2-4 direct reports and 5-10 total (once Regional Procurement Centers of Excellence are established)
  • Contributor towards €5-€8M in Procurement Revenues
  • €200-€300M in Spend
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in a procurement-related field
  • Hospitality, retail, consulting, and financial services industry experience preferred
  • Strong people management and mentorship capability
