About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Manager to join our team at AXA. As a Senior Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the management and value creation of a large office portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze all relevant and updated data/documentation at asset level (technical, legal, tax and commercial data) and ensure the legal conformity and the liquidity of assets.
- Management of refurbishment or development programs coordinating with internal and/or external development experts.
- Prepare and manage disposals (data room, valuation, RFP, etc.).
- Specific expertise in office in Paris and Greater Paris.
- Good knowledge of the French office market and its players.
- Good understanding of legislations and financial techniques related to real estate investments.
- Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment.
- Fluent in English.
