About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Engineering to lead our Customer & Monetization team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision and strategy of our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and engage a large technical team to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Product and the Head of Payment to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Inspire, drive, and develop Engineering Managers to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure that technical work is following industry standards and best practices.
  • Support Engineering Managers in all aspects of their mission.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head of Engineering or similar leadership role in application development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering and maintaining successful and innovative applications.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing engineering teams.
  • Strong interest in business (acquisition, lead, conversion, payment, churn, advertising, CRM,...).
