RTR Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RTR Accountant to join our team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supporting general ledger accounting activities, including journal preparation and account reconciliations. You will also play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of accounting records and control journal entries.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Process accounting data for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and financial reporting to local country and HQ.
• Accounting Operations: Support the preparation and review of statutory, internal, and other audit / review purposes; liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure the accuracy of tax compliance submissions of legal entities on a timely manner; engage with Tax accountant, local finance, Geo Tax team, and Tax consultant.
• Continuous Improvement: Manage and accomplish continuous improvement projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned within agreed timeline; working independently or in a team as required.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Suitably tertiary qualified in accounting, with degree or professional accounting certification.
• Experience: At least 5-7 years working experience in the accounting, finance, or related field.
• Skills: Working knowledge and experience of using ERP systems is critical and experience with ERP implementations is highly advantageous.
• Personal Qualities: Highly self-motivated with strong analytical skills as well as a good foundation in accounting, with attention to detail and accuracy and good communication skill.
• Language: Fluency in English essential and Chinese, and knowledge of other languages (Japanese, Korean) is a plus.
