Digital Learning Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Learning Designer to spearhead the development of our global Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP). As a key member of our implementation project team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital learning content strategy, focusing on continuous learning, personalization, and fostering peer-to-peer learning and expert communities.
Responsibilities- Adapt and migrate existing learning roadmaps into the new LMS, transforming content into compelling digital learning experiences and managing project plans to ensure timely implementation.
- Facilitate peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing within the digital learning experience.
- Support internal communications campaigns to promote and engage employees in our digital learning initiatives.
- Contribute to developing tools and templates aligned with our branding to ensure a consistent learner experience.
- Enhance digital learning content by collaborating with Training Program Managers, coaching business owners, and designing digital learning paths, content, and experiences.
- Lead learning projects from design to delivery, focusing on developing employee skills, capabilities, and knowledge.
- Manage vendors delivering impactful digital learning/training programs.
- Handle animation and content maintenance of our Learning Management Systems.
- Manage strategic digital learning programs through continuous review, update, and optimization of contents.
- Analyze learner experiences and connect results to performance measurements.
- 7+ years of professional experience as an instructional designer or similar.
- Deep understanding of Learning & Development organization and roles.
- Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in a 'human development field.'
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and digital learning techniques.
- Deep familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), learning experience systems (LXPs), and e-learning platforms.
- Data-driven mentality and approach to designing learning experiences.
- Experience building scalable and engaging learning experiences in areas including leadership, communication, collaboration, accountability, and change management.
- End-to-end digital learning program design and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Analytical mindset to assess learning effectiveness.
- Fluent French & English.
- Love engaging with people and providing top-notch experiences.
- Care deeply about making an impact and creating a great place to work.
- Can work autonomously with a high degree of organization and sense of urgency.
- Like to juggle several projects with adaptability in mind.
- Stay curious about process improvement and learning new skills.
- Learns quickly and adapts to changing priorities.
