About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Analyst to join our team at Hedonova LLC. As an Operational Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in setting the risk management framework and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the rules of engagement for financial risk activities across the Group.
  • Set the risk management framework and its principles.
  • Run daily controls, such as capital requirements and consumption.
  • Test the functioning of the internal control system for Financial Risk activities.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and respond to requests from the regulator.
  • Report relevant analytics to top management and the board of directors.
  • Present dedicated analysis to the Group Treasury and Market Risk Committees.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance or Science (engineering, mathematics, etc.) or equivalent qualification.
  • CFA, CAIA, CIIA, or equivalent post-grade.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role setting up and managing complex risk frameworks within an investment-led firm or department.
  • In-depth knowledge of derivatives products, trading strategies, and regulation.
  • Knowledge of Front Arena, RiskPro, Tableau, a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial and can-do spirit, autonomy, and problem-solving skills, with strong analytical thinking.
  • Solid organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • The successful candidate must be a resident of Switzerland.
