As an Operations Supervisor at Nippon Gases, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial production facilities. Your primary goal will be to maintain high levels of quality, safety, and productivity while adhering to company procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure operational discipline and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Plan and organize production operations to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Manage and motivate department staff to achieve high levels of performance.
- Assess and review employee performance, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve safety, security, environment, and quality.
- Collaborate with maintenance manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in on-call duty and organize replacement of absent employees.
- Contribute to achieving the highest level of Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality for Nippon Gases.
- Bachelor's degree in Production, Management, or equivalent proven experience.
- Significant experience in industrial production and multidisciplinary technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of plant operations and machines.
- Internal auditor ISO 9001, 14001, and company standards.
- Fluent French with good written and spoken English.
- Ability to work with Office pack, JDE, TenForce.
- Clean criminal record and safety training.
