As a member of our team, you will engage in a vibrant and collaborative environment, assisting clients on a global scale. Your role will encompass identifying avenues to optimize client travel initiatives, formulating project strategies, crafting communication plans, and executing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Consulting Managers with diverse client engagements, including Hotel, Air, Car RFPs, and travel policy assessments
- Support the implementation of global methodologies and tools for projects
- Develop impactful client deliverables
- Contribute to the enhancement of consulting offerings and outputs
- Assist Consulting Analysts with data aggregation
- Work collaboratively with suppliers to enhance project outcomes
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in travel, hospitality, or international business
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI is advantageous
- Analytical thinking and excellent communication abilities
- Proficient problem-solving skills and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Cultural awareness and adaptability
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus
