Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in Paris as part of Brioni France SAS. As a key ambassador for the brand, you will provide a distinctive and extraordinary luxury experience, guiding clients across the Brand and nurturing long-term relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create and develop positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell
  • Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals
  • Contribute to teamwork and accomplish goals set by Store Management
  • Effectively use the Client Book (LUCE) to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the potential customer base
  • Gather information about the market: new trends, events, competitors' activities, and products
  • Interact and collaborate with colleagues in the store and company
  • Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines
  • Respect Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, sharing possible issues and risks

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales position in a luxury brand
  • Fluent in English and French, another language is a plus
  • Good knowledge of men's formalwear
  • Good knowledge of high-end fashion field
  • MTM specialization is a plus
  • Listening and communication skills
  • Flexible to work in a multicultural context
  • A proactive individual
  • Self-development attitude
  • Sense of ownership
  • Able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Available to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month, annual inventory, and holiday season
