Sales and Customer Service Representative

Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about HVAC products, prices, availability, and usage.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information promptly.
- Upsell additional products or services to customers and follow up on sales leads and inquiries to generate additional business.
- Assist customers with technical questions or issues related to HVAC products and refer complex technical inquiries to TSA.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory movements.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and phone/email correspondence.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and different software programs.
- Ability to bend, stand, reach, pull, lift, and carry items up to 75 pounds.
