Sales & Customer Service Representative

Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales support, and technical assistance to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions about HVAC products, prices, availability, and usage.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, generating new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information promptly.
- Upsell additional products or services to customers, following up on sales leads and inquiries to generate additional business.
- Assist customers with technical questions or issues related to HVAC products, referring complex technical inquiries to TSA.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory movements.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and different software programs.
- Ability to bend, stand, reach, pull, lift, and carry items up to 75 pounds.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
- HVAC industry experience.
