Trescal Group is seeking a Head of Digital Innovation to lead our digital transformation efforts. The successful candidate will manage our group portfolio of digital transformation projects, develop new digital solutions, and champion digital transformation tools. The role involves conducting training, staying up-to-date with digital trends and best practices, and building and developing in-house digital capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital or innovation projects and be able to communicate internally on digital solutions. Key responsibilities include managing digital transformation projects, linking with the IT department, and getting country buy-in for digital projects. The successful candidate will also support the deployment of digital solutions with appropriate training.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage digital transformation projects and develop new digital solutions

* Champion digital transformation tools and conduct training

* Stay up-to-date with digital trends and best practices

* Build and develop in-house digital capabilities

* Manage digital transformation projects and link closely with the IT department
