Mon client est une plateforme digitale B2B qui propose aux entreprises de créer leur expérience sur-mesure pour des séminaires en or: logement, activités, repas, Rien n’est laissé au hasard

Créée en 2022, la société est composée de 80 collaborateurs et ne cesse de croître. Elle a d’ailleurs effectué sa 2ème levée de fonds au début de cette année

Après avoir recruté, construit et organisé la team Sales, le CEO a aujourd’hui besoin d’un véritable relais et crée donc un nouveau poste de:


Head of Sales (H/F)


Pour occuper les fonctions suivantes:


MANAGEMENT

- Vous gérez les 20 Sales et vous assurez d’une bonne continuité entre les rôles de SDR, AE, AM et KAM.

- Vous épaulez les Sales Managers sur la gestion de chacune de leur équipe.

- Vous êtes garant(e) de la formation continue des Sales afin que l’équipe performe au mieux


→ Vous avez déjà été Head of Sales dans un environnement Sale-up

→ Vous avez déjà géré une équipe de Sales Managers et minimum 10 personnes qui ont apprécié votre leadership.

→ Vous avez à cœur de faire grandir les équipes et de les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs.


STRATEGIE BUSINESS

Vous avez pour objectif principal d’élaborer et appliquer la meilleure stratégie de vente:

- Vous définissez les OKR avec les dirigeants

- Vous fixez les objectifs et KPI de chaque équipe Sales

- Vous accompagnez le lancement de nouveaux produits et la stratégie GTM

- Vous définissez et améliorez continuellement les processus Sales


→ Vous avec une excellente maîtrise des processus de vente B2B (simples et complexes), particulièrement en environnement Marketplace.

→ Vous avez une sensibilité pour l’amélioration continue des processus et n’hésitez pas à les modifier si nécessaire


PROCESSUS

Vous avez pour objectif principal de maximiser le suivi des leads:

- Vous analysez les différentes données (Outils: Hubspot, Modjo, Aircall, Suite Google)

- Vous vous alignez avec le Marketing et le Produit pour organiser le travail et la vente mais aussi pour s’assurer de la satisfaction clients et d’un bon taux de closing.

- Vous êtes garant(e) du bon respect de la méthode de vente MEDDIC


→ Vous avez d’excellentes capacités d’analyse et savez prendre des décisions sur base de data chiffrée.

→ Vous avez une excellente maîtrise des outils de vente et de suivi (CRM)


INNOVATION

- Suivre continuellement les bugs rencontrés par les clients pour s’assurer qu’ils sont connus des équipes Produit

- Proposer de nouveaux produits ou de nouvelles fonctionnalités


→ Vous êtes curieux(se), perspicace et créatif(ve)


Langues: Parfaits Français et Anglais obligatoires

Rémunération: Entre 100K et 110K € de rémunération fixe accompagnée d’un variable compris entre 10K et 30K€.

Localisation: Paris 11ème

→ 1h d’échange avec les Sales Manager (fit culturel)

→ 1h d’échange avec le CEO (fit technique)

→ Environ 15 minutes d’échange avec 5 collaborateurs de différents départements

→ 1h d’échange avec un co-fondateur et/ou un board member (fit stratégique)
