The Role

Keolis is on the lookout for aspiring managers and specialists to join our maintenance divisions.

We welcome new talent annually to participate in our Maintenance Graduate Program. Selection processes are conducted over several months, leading to a structured integration into the program.

Successful candidates will be offered a permanent contract and will engage in the Maintenance Graduate Program, which spans a full year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in two immersive six-month experiences within urban and/or interurban transport networks across our subsidiaries to gain insights into passenger public transport maintenance.
  • Collaborate with a technical mentor throughout the program to enhance your expertise in workshop maintenance, covering mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Participate in specialized training sessions organized by our internal training institute.
  • Exhibit nationwide mobility during immersion phases.

Candidate Profile

We seek graduates with a background in technical and/or industrial maintenance, ideally with prior professional experience in maintenance or a technical operational setting.

Ideal candidates will be proactive, possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate proficiency in IT tools, and have a keen interest in numbers and management.

A genuine interest in the mobility sector, particularly in passenger transport, is essential. Geographic mobility is a key requirement for this position.
