We are seeking a

Graduate Environmental & Quality Coordinator located in Courbevoie, France

This is a comprehensive 12-month program specifically crafted for recent graduates who have completed their studies within the last two years and are eager to engage in a hands-on learning experience. Our initiative offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with seasoned mentors, laying a robust foundation for your career at Arrow. Throughout the program, selected individuals will gain practical experience, enhance both professional and interpersonal skills, and have the chance to connect with industry experts. Key Responsibilities:

At Arrow, we believe that immersive learning is essential. You will be fully integrated into our operations, taking on responsibilities related to your role. Throughout the program, you will also complete assignments that reinforce your learning while collaborating with specialized professionals on the following:

  • Environmental and Quality Management: Assist with certification audits (maintaining or extending ISO 9001, 14001 across EMEA) and monitor the execution of action plans. Coordinate carbon footprint assessments by country. Aid managers and teams in defining, prioritizing, and implementing carbon reduction strategies. Maintain dashboards to evaluate the success of environmental and quality initiatives.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Advocate for the adoption of eco-friendly principles and practices. Work with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and reduce emissions and waste.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Contribute to client proposals and responses. Promote environmental and quality policies among staff through awareness initiatives (intranet, campaigns, quizzes, meetings, etc.) and training sessions for all employees. Regularly prepare and disseminate reports on actions taken and upcoming projects.

Qualifications:

  • You must possess a legal right to work in the country where the position is based.
  • You have obtained or will obtain a Master's degree in Quality and Environmental studies in 2024 or within the last two years.
  • Proficiency in French and English (both oral and written).
  • You should be adaptable and willing to relocate.
  • Strong project management and coordination abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, organized, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in Excel and data analysis.
