Job Summary
We are seeking an Operational Marketing Manager to join our Omnichannel Operational Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing retail and digital marketing projects that create enchanting experiences for our clients and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Category Strategy
- Contribute to building the marketing strategy for the category in collaboration with the Offer team and digital marketing experts.
- Lead major merchandising changes for the category with the visual merchandising team.
- Grow the category in Europe.
- Institutional Animation Development
- Contribute to the creation of omnichannel animation concepts and manage their development, from brief to country delivery.
- Prepare agency briefs and engage 360° teams to deploy strong and innovative activation schemes.
- Coordinate tests, order tracking, and production.
- Develop studio briefs (retail + digital) and lead the construction of animation product assortment with the category managers.
- Analyze the deployment and results of activations and lead the creation of comprehensive reports to propose recommendations.
- Monitor market practices and innovations to constantly improve our animations.
- Institutional Projects
- Define the marketing strategy for the category outside of peak commercial periods.
- Lead and design the activation plan for institutional messaging of the brand in retail and digital channels.
- Analyze the deployment and results of activations and lead the creation of comprehensive reports to propose recommendations.
- Country Support
- Be the key contact for countries in the deployment of animations and in the region.
- Ensure constant exchanges to help them and take their feedback on the implementation of animations.
- Supervise local implementations.
- Share insights and best practices.
