Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor Role at Fed Group
- Oversee the financial management of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, and inventory management to avert shortages
- Authenticate incoming shipments, handle billing, and assess vendor performance
- Guarantee pharmaceutical assessments and distributions for inpatients and outpatients
- Direct sterilization and sanitation processes for reusable medical instruments
- Maintain accurate records of medication therapies and medical supplies
- Engage in initiatives for quality enhancement and risk assessment
- Contribute to pharmacovigilance and other health surveillance programs
This full-time role involves collaboration with a team of 2 pharmacists and 8 pharmacy technicians, with no on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications: A Doctorate in Pharmacy is required, along with registration with the relevant professional body. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with the management and healthcare professionals are crucial.
Experience in private healthcare settings is advantageous but not essential. Comprehensive support will be provided during the onboarding process.
The selection process includes two interviews, and professional references are strongly encouraged.
