Job Title: Digital Project Intern
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Project Intern to join our Global Digital Marketing team for Premium, Midscale & Economy. As a Digital Project Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Digital Projects & Transformation team in delivering web direct revenue at a controlled cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist the Digital Projects & Transformation team in delivering digital projects and revenue streams.
- Provide administrative support for project meetings, including capturing decisions and actions.
- Support the preparation of meetings and ensure timely distribution of materials.
- Coordinate the handover of projects from project mode to run mode.
- Work on a loop back to integrate learnings from run mode back into project mode for further development and improvement.

- Digital & Business Factory
- Global and Regional eCommerce Teams
- Other Key Stakeholders (Legal Finance, Procurement,...)
Qualifications:
- As a trainee, you must be a student who is ending or has recently graduated with a master degree in business/engineering school/university or equivalent.
- Any professional experience in business administration, project management, digital marketing (ideally in web/product development), travel industry is a plus.
- Strong organisation skills, ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration and cooperation mindset.
- Ability to work with and in remote teams.
- Fluent in English, other language is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office pack and especially Powerpoint, Excel and Teams.
- Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools (ie. Asana, Miro, Trello, Notion, etc.).
