Job Title: Outside Sales Representative France Test
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide technical consultancy and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Strong understanding of the French market and sales landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Fluent in French and English, with additional languages an asset.
