Sales Manager Services Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager Services Leader to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and driving growth, business retention, and development of the team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for driving market share gain in the district with an emphasis on becoming the recognized services solutions provider in small/medium and Enterprise accounts.
- Maintain and optimize sales coverage, hiring, development, and performance of the team.
- Own the sales forecasting, order performance, and deal approval, including the achievement of annual business growth rates and delivering such results with an optimal cost of sales.
- Maintain and expand the Services Sales Funnel in partnership with Marketing.
- Drive the customer experience in partnership with peers within the district.
- Ensure employee engagement through coaching and meaningful development plans that enable employee personal growth and adaptation of skills to the market needs.
- Partner with other business managers to drive a combined approach with customers demonstrating the value of One Agilent.
Requirements
- University Degree in Life Science (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Pharma) or in a Business related field.
- Significant leadership experience, managing a field sales team with a demonstrable strong track record of success.
- Experience in the Life Science and/or Chemical Analysis Industry, managing complex and long sales cycles.
- Strong business and channel management skills.
- Service sales experience would be a strong advantage.
- Full proficiency in both English and French.
