Job Description
As a Strategic Account Development Lead, you will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing account plans, and building relationships with key clients. Your primary goal is to drive profitable growth and expand our presence in the market.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in food, beverage, or related industries
- Proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth above industry levels
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple cultures, functions, and levels
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, leaders, and through informal organization reporting structure
- Knowledge of customer strategies, global negotiation skills, and competitor activity
