Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our international and highly skilled team as a Marketing and Events Coordinator. This role involves overseeing global marketing initiatives to drive awareness and customer acquisition. The successful candidate will support the Global Marketing Director in executing marketing campaigns, managing tradeshow and event logistics, and coordinating closely with product management and sales teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of all campaign elements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality marketing materials, content, and sales tools.
  • Track and analyze customer engagement across all touchpoints, including website visits, email interactions, social media activity, and event participation.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate lead and customer information.
  • Event Planning and Management:
    • Plan and execute trade show events, including developing and managing budgets, booth design, setup, and teardown, and coordination with vendors and venue staff.
    • Foster strong relationships with the sales team, application scientists, and product management to ensure marketing strategies align with sales goals and product development plans.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze trade show KPIs, prepare post-event reports, and collect attendee feedback to improve future events.
    • Monitor and analyze metrics for campaign performance and other engagement tactics, using data to optimize and adjust future strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in marketing and tradeshow management in life sciences.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (HubSpot, marketing automation, Google Analytics).
